Animate Arts Company recently moved into The Pod, a creative space and office based in Herne Bay, Kent. With plenty of space, Animate Arts is delighted to offer an office desk in a shared space of their studio. The organisation supports the local creative industry, often working with many artists from different disciplines across Kent. This opportunity would be ideal for a small independent company or freelance creative, living/working locally who needs an administration base.
The Pod is centrally located in Herne Bay town centre, and 1 minute walk from the beach. It is a brick store building, converted into offices with additional flexible, creative space. The Pod aims to become a vibrant, arts resource/centre for the community, artists and performers in Kent, and will support the ongoing work of Animate Arts Company.

Other useful info:
- Internet is provided, however no landline telephone is available with this package.
- Usual office hours are Monday – Friday, 7am-7pm
- A month in advance and a month deposit required
- Public Liability Insurance for £5 million is required
- Due to the nature of Animate Arts Company, the Rentee would have to agree to work under their Health & Safety Policy, including the Child Protection Policy. As a result the Rentee would need to provide (or obtain) a CRB check.
